News 12 Westchester   Bronx River Parkway closed after 14-car pileup   A 14-car crash has closed the southbound Bronx River Parkway in Yonkers until Tuesday. Police say icy road conditons caused numerous two and three-car accidents on the parkway Sunday night around 9 p.m. where the parkway merges onto the Sprain Brook Parkway. Police say there were some injuries, but none were serious.
