News   Bridgeport allots 8 acres of land to SHU   Bridgeport officials say they've agreed to sell about eight acres of land to Sacred Heart University. The school will pay the city $4 million for the woodlands next to the school and the Fairchild Wheeler Golf Course. Officials say the school agreed not to develop or change the land.
