Loudoun County Employee Alert launches tomorrow, Wednesday, June 25, 2014. As an employee or key Loudoun County partner, you will be sent an e-mail inviting you to register for our new Everbridge powered alert system.
This is replacing the RSAN Employee Alert system so it is important that you follow the directions on that e-mail and register. During the registration process you will have the ability to update your contact information, select up to five locations important to you, and choose weather alerts.
The new Loudoun County Employee Alert system also gives subscribers the ability to customize how they receive information – by text, email, cellphone and/or mobile app. The new system will first send a message to what you designate as your primary means of notification. If it doesn't reach you that way, it will try another method.
Career and volunteer firefighters will use this process to select CAD Alert preferences.
Once you've registered you will be able to manage your account by logging into the employee portal at www.loudoun.gov/employee
