 | Army truck hits Hutchinson River Parkway overpass An Army truck travelling illegally on the Hutchinson River Parkway slammed into an overpass this afternoon on the border of the Bronx and Mount Vernon. Police say the truck, going northbound, hit the East Third Street overpass at around 1:45 p.m. All northbound lanes of the parkway have been closed while emergency vehicles clear the accident. |
