News   Travel ban lifted; LIRR service to resume   Gov. Andrew Cuomo has announced that travel bans in both Nassau and Suffolk counties have been lifted. The LIRR is expected to start Sunday service by noon. Officials say a regular schedule is expected for tomorrow.
