News   Stratford H.S. structurally sound after scare   Stratford's mayor says there will be school tomorrow for students at Stratford High School after a scare sent them home early. They were dismissed early today over concerns about a possible structural issue at the building. Mayor John Harkins said a structural engineer checked out the high school and found it to be sound.
