| News | | | DA: Body found in Hudson is missing kayaker Vincent Viafore | | | Authorities have confirmed that the body found floating in the Hudson River is missing kayaker Vincent Viafore. Viafore, 46, of Poughkeepsie, was last seen on April 19 kayaking with his fiancee, Angelika Graswald. Graswald, 35, has been formally charged with second-degree murder and manslaughter. The indictment alleges that Graswald removed a plug from Viafore's kayak so that it would fill with water. It also says Graswald moved the paddle away from Viafore while he struggled in the frigid waters of the Hudson. | |
