barricaded suspect. Small fire in 1 unit on 1st floor. Approx 50 FF
extinguished flames in 36 min. 1 patient transported to local hsp in unk
condition. Precautionary evacuation of occupants on 2nd floor, now being
rehoused. LAFD Arson investigating cause. $loss TBD. Dispatched: E7 RA7
