SAN PEDRO:4 unit apartment building with 1 unit fully involved. 46 FF
gained knockdown in 21 mins, limiting damage to original unit. 4 people
and one family pet evacuated safely. 1 FF injury, transported in good
condition. Unknown if unit had functioning smoke alarms. Arson
responding for the investigation. $ loss and cause TBD. Dispatched
