[LAFD ALERT] Traffic Collision with Entrapment 7/21/2015

is circulating regarding a fatality on scene of this incident. LAFD
responded to a 2 car traffic accident. The first task force on scene
performed a quick extrication of one adult Female patient who was
transported in critical condition. There was no fatality on scene.
