News   Small plane crashes in Hicksville   A small plane crashed on the Long Island Rail Road tracks near South Oyster Bay Road in Hicksville Sunday morning, officials say. Sources tell News 12 that at least one person was taken to the hospital. LIRR service has been suspended both ways between Hicksville and Farmingdale.
