*UPDATE: 7847 Louise Av* Correction: Contrary to initial 9-1-1 callers,
incident did NOT involve pedestrians; Was 1 civilian vehicle vs 1 parked
City + 1 parked County law enforcement vehicles; 5 patients total with
non-life threat injury (3 serious, 2 minor); Media Inquiries: LAPD -
