News   Northern State Parkway reopens after fatal crash   The Northern State Parkway has reopened between exits 41 and 42 following a fatal crash in Dix Hills early this morning. Police say a chase started after a female driver failed to comply with officers, nearly ran over a Suffolk County police officer and fled the scene.
