News   Cuomo: LIRR still halted due to 'significant damage'   Gov. Andrew Cuomo says Long Island Rail Road yards sustained "significant damage" during the storm, but crews are working to get the system back on track. The governor says the railroad should have a better idea by Sunday evening if it will be able to resume service on Monday.
