News   Metro-North to resume service this afternoon   Metro-North says it will begin restoring service at outlying terminal stations after 12 p.m. and be fully operational in and out of Grand Central Terminal by 3 p.m. Service was suspended Saturday afternoon due to dangerous conditions from the snowstorm.
