News   Limo driver charged in deadly Cutchogue crash   The limo driver involved in a deadly 2015 Cutchogue limo crash has been charged with criminally negligent homicide. The Suffolk County District Attorney Thomas Spota said Carlos Pino is responsible for the crash. Spota also said the driver of the pickup truck, Steven Romeo, will face DWI charges in the crash.
