News   NYPD: Mom charged with murder in 2-year-old's death   Police charged a Sunset Park mother with murder in the drowning of her 2-year-old daughter Sunday. Lin Li, 24, is also facing charges of manslaughter and acting in a manner injurious to a child after allegedly drowning the toddler in a bathtub.
