	2 missing after boat hits barge in Hudson River
	Emergency crews are searching for two people after their tugboat hit a construction barge at the site of the New Tappan Zee Bridge. One person was pulled from the water after the tugboat overturned around 5 a.m., according to the U.S. Coast Guard. That person's condition is not known.
