News   Judge denies motion to dismiss Sandy Hook lawsuit against gun maker   A judge has denied a motion by gun manufacturers to dismiss a lawsuit brought by the families of some of the victims in the Newtown school shooting. Ten families have filed a lawsuit against Remington claiming the gun maker should not have sold a gun designed for military combat to civilians.
