News   Black bear relocated after found wandering New Haven neighborhood   State authorities say they are moving a black bear to a wooded area after he was seen roaming several New Haven neighborhoods before heading onto I-91. They say the bear was almost 400 pounds and they were worried it would be hit by drivers on the busy highway.
