Update #Rescue; 2:14PM; #Hollywood; #LAFD units continue to arrive on scene and now have three(3) rescue cushions deployed around building as person continues to walk around *11th (top) floor ledge of 11 story residential high rise. @LAFD and @LAPD now in Unified Command; LAPD handling media inquiries; residents advised to stay clear of area around Franklin Ave and Whitely Ave; FS 27; Batt 5; #WestBureau; Council District 4; 7; 17; Branden Silverman
