News   Former NJ Transportation commissioner charged in flight case   Former News Jersey Transpiration commissioner and airline lobbyist Jamie Fox has been charged with conspiracy in a plot to help former New York and New Jersey Port Authority chairman David Samson get a regular flight to his vacation home. Samson pleaded guilty to charges Thursday.
