News   Sixth victim dies following LIE crash in Manorville   A sixth person has died following the multicar crash on the Long Island Expressway in Manorville Sunday. Helen Adelson, 71, succumbed to her injuries Monday afternoon at Stony Brook University Hospital. Her husband was also among the deceased.
