News   Gov. Murphy declares state of emergency in multiple counties due to flooding   Gov. Phil Murphy has signed Executive Order 33, declaring a state of emergency in Bergen, Essex, Monmouth, Ocean, and Passaic counties due to flooding brought on by torrential weekend rain.
