*UPDATE: 1572 W 36th Pl* The civilian (unk age/gender) was pulled from
burning home by LAFD and subsequently determined to be dead (and
remains) at scene; The FF (unk age/gender) is in fair condition with
burn to leg, now enroute hosp; Cause of fire under investigation; LAFD
