*UPDATE: 2684 E 8th St* This was a tandem-tanker fuel truck apparently
attempting to enter SB 5 (Golden State) Freeway at 8th St onramp; Rear
tanker, est 4800 gallons *capacity* (containing unspecified type fuel)
caught fire after overturning; No injury; Fire damaged at least 1 home
and 1 vehicle, extent of damage TBD; Bulk of visible fire controlled;
Cooling measures continue on tanker to avoid failure of aluminum tank
that may still contain (unk quantity) product; Working with regional,
state and federal environmental authorities; Extended cleanup,
investigation and utility work will keep local street and onramp closed
