News   Suspect arrested in fatal North Bay Shore hit-and-run   Suffolk police say a suspect has been arrested in connection with a hit-and-run that killed a man in a 7-Eleven parking lot in North Bay Shore last month. Police say 48-year-old Edwin Gutierrez, of Manhattan, is being charged with second-degree murder, first-degree robbery and third-degree attempted grand larceny.
