News   Tractor-trailer accident closes northbound Tappan Zee Bridge   A tractor-trailer accident has closed all northbound lanes of the Tappan Zee Bridge. Police say a truck and car collided mid-span on the Rockland-bound side just after 7 a.m. Delays already stretch well back into Westchester. Rubbernecking delays are also being experienced with Westchester-bound traffic.
