News   Northbound lanes reopen on TZB   All lanes of northbound traffic have reopened on the Tappan Zee Bridge after a mid-span accident this morning. Police say a car rear-ended a tandem tractor-trailer setting off a chain reaction crash that involved one more car mid-span on the Rockland-bound side just after 7 a.m. All lanes were reopen around 8:15 a.m.
