*UPDATE: 14545 Ventura Blvd* LAFD had sand delivered to the scene.
Firefighters placed sandbags to divert water from entering local
businesses. Approx. 4 businesses sustained minor water damage.
Firefighters used squeegees to remove water. Firefighters are no longer
