DA: DWI charge stands for now in Cutchogue crash

The Suffolk district attorney announced Friday that charges wouldn't be upgraded against a driver who is accused of running into a limousine, killing four women. Suffolk County District Attorney Thomas Spota said tests showed Romeo's blood alcohol content was .066, which is below the standard for a legal DWI charge, but Spota noted that the investigation is ongoing.
