copters contained fire to 1.5 (one and one-half) acres of deep wood chip
mulch in 1 hour; Still smoldering along WB lanes (N side of 118 Fwy); No
injury; No structures; LACoFD handcrews assisting with mopup; No addt'l
lane closures anticipated; Fire cause remains under active
