News   Amber Alert issued for missing 3-year-old   New Jersey State Police have issued an Amber Alert following the abduction of a 3-year-old girl in the Bronx. Diomedes Valenzuela is accused of forcibly taking Rebecca Valenzuela from her mother. They were last seen heading toward the George Washington Bridge.
