News   Suspect dead after Stamford police-involved shooting   State police say a man is dead following a police-involved shooting with Stamford officers last night. It happened at a home on Wedgemere Road around 8 p.m. State police say officers were called to the home for a disturbance, and at least one officer opened fire while responding.
