News   NYPD officer found guilty in stomping incident   An NYPD officer who was caught on camera stomping on the head of a subdued suspect in Brooklyn was found guilty Friday of third-degree assault, according to court officials. Officer Joel Edouard, 37, was facing third-degree assault, third-degree attempted assault and official misconduct charges in the case. He was suspended without pay after being indicted on assault charges.
