Update #Rescue; 6:25PM; SB 405 FY x Sherman Way; #VanNuys; Patient update: Total of four patients: 1 being transported in fair condition with non life threatening injuries (driver of vehicle), 2 patients (adult males?) being transported in serious to critical condition and one patient pronounced dead on scene due to massive crush injuries.
