Update Flooding 01/20/2017 Update #Flooding; 2:08PM; 15260 W Burbank Bl; #ShermanOaks; LAFD firefighters and Swift Water team have now effected the rescue of a total of 4 people from the Sepulveda Basin. The individuals were in an homeless encampment which flooded and required assistance getting to safety. 1 patient was transported with for medical issue not related to the flooding. LAFD Air Ops is enroute to fly a recon route along the basin to determine if any additional persons needing rescue. The Sepulveda Basin is closed.
