News   Blizzard warning in Suffolk; 8-12 inches of snow expected for LI   A blizzard warning has been issued for Suffolk County through 6 p.m. Thursday, and a winter storm warning remains in effect for Nassau County. News 12 meteorologists say a brief spike in temperature today will be followed by a coastal storm that is expected to bring 8 to 12 inches of snow to the area.
