News   Travel ban lifted for Nassau, remains in Suffolk   Gov. Andrew Cuomo has announced that the travel ban in Nassau County and New York City has been lifted. However, the travel ban for Suffolk County remains in effect. Only emergency vehicles are permitted on the roads in Suffolk and violating the ban could result in misdemeanor charges and fines of up to $300.
