News   Cuomo: Travel ban lifted   Gov. Andrew Cuomo has lifted the travel ban for most of New York State. Cuomo announced that the ban for the Hudson Valley, Westchester, Dutchess, Orange, Putnam, Rockland, Ulster, Westchester, Nassau counties and New York City was lifted effective at 7:30 a.m. The governor also announced that MTA system-wide service was expected this morning.
