News   Cuomo orders LIE travel ban, LIRR suspension   Gov. Andrew Cuomo has ordered a travel ban on the Long Island Expressway and the Northern State Parkway beginning at 2:30 p.m. due to the snowstorm. The Long Island Rail Road will also halt all service by 4 p.m., Cuomo says.
