*UPDATE: Griffith Park* A Firefighter/Paramedic was lowered from a
helicopter, performed a medical assessment & provided pain medication
to the injured man. It has been determined that utilizing a land based
two-line rope system to bring the patient to safety is in the patients
best interest over hoisting the patient into a helicopter. - Erik
