News   Man dies following tractor-trailer crash on I-95   Fairfield police say the man who was injured in a tractor-trailer crash on I-95 this morning has died. The crash happened on the northbound side of the highway at Exit 23 shortly after 10 a.m. State police say the right lane and both the on- and off-ramps at Exit 23 will be closed while they investigate.
