News   Unstable building prompts evacuations, suspended train service in the Bronx   Officials have evacuated residents and suspended train service today near Southern Boulevard after reports of an unstable structure. Transit subway operations is reporting that all train traffic from East 180th Street to Jackson Avenue has been suspended as of 06:38 a.m.
