 | Malloy declares victory in governor's race Gov. Dannel Malloy has declared himself the winner in the extremely tight governor's race. He spoke early Wednesday morning to say that he believes he will have the votes needed for a victory when all the ballots are counted. Republican challenger Tom Foley, speaking after Malloy, said he believes that he has probably lost but will wait until all the votes are counted before conceding. |
