News   Road closures, delays reported after Cross Bronx tractor-trailer crash   Two people were injured when a tractor-trailer careened over a guardrail Monday, shutting down both the Cross Bronx and Sheridan expressways. It happened around 12 p.m. in the southbound lane of the Cross Bronx Expressway near exits 4A and 4B by the Sheridan Expressway. A viewer sent in video of the tractor-trailer hanging off of the bridge.
