News   Police: 2 struck, killed after exiting vehicle on LIE   Police say two people were killed after being struck and killed on the Long Island Expressway Monday night in Old Westbury. According to police, a disabled car in the westbound HOV lane between exits 40 and 39 was struck by another vehicle. The male driver and female passenger in the disabled car were killed.
